Introducing Allen our professional chef at Chalet Bluebell for the winter season:
Food has always been a huge part of my life, growing up in rural Cornwall I was fascinated by the field to plate philosophy. I matured to understand the importance of not only the origin of the food but how it was grown.
I had the pleasure to work of working at Movida in Soho as a 20-year-old sous chef. I freelanced at high-end restaurants in Sydney after running pop up feasts in the Caribbean and Latin America.
I have worked with passionate chef’s from many different countries and learned from their styles and techniques.
Since setting up and letting the Pendarves Inn Gastropub in 2016, My wife and I created @coconuts_hospitality, this has led me to work at The Dining room in Rock and The Port Gaverne Hotel amongst others. We are crazy about food and love to get creative. We are delighted to have met Rob and Jane and can’t wait to get cooking in Les Gets this winter.
