Weekly market
It's market day every Thursday in Les Gets. From 08:00 - 12:00 selling fresh local produce, flowers and crafts. You'll find the market at the Place du Marche, Marais parking
Father Christmas is here
Soak up the festival atmosphere in the heart of the village. Meet the big man himself and his elf companions. There will be activities and surprises for all the family.
New Years Eve in Les Gets
Celebrate the new year in style. See out 2023 with a festive evening in the village and a huge and colourful fireworks display on the front de neige
Montreux Comedy
Montreux comedy brings laughter to Les Gets. With four stand up comedy shows - two in French and two in English with well known comedians.
2024 Alpine Junior World Ski Championships
The Portes du Soleil is hosting the fourth biggest ski event in the world! Skiing events in Morzine, Les Gets, Chatel, St. Jean d'Aulps and Avoriaz
FFC French Snow bike Championships
Enjoy an adrenalin packed weekend of extreme snowsports. Mountain bike enthusiasts and professionals come together to compete on Mont Chery on a marked course.
The Red Ski Show
Monday 12 Feb to Monday 4 March ESF put on an amazing show devoted to all aspects of winter sports. If you've never seen synchronised piste bashers - you're in for a treat. The finale is a torchlight descent and a fireworks display
Charity torchlight descent
Wednesday 14th February to Wednesday 6th March. Anyone over 2 star level can join in with this torchlight descent - torches on sale at ESF and the Tourist Office
Game Over Festival
A whole weekend dedicated to virtual worlds, video games and pop culture. Experience virtual reality or try your skill in the professional car simulator.
Rock The Pistes 2024
This great and popular rock and pop festival has concerts on the pistes all around the Portes du Soleil and many après-ski concerts in the resorts
