Carissa is an exciting and vibrant young chef who already has a wealth of experience working in elite Michelin Star restaurants such as Restaurant Story(Tom Sellars 2star), No6 (Paul Ainsworth 1 star ) and Murano( Angela Harnett 1 Star ) as well as working in Norway at the renowned Under restaurant.( Nicholae Ellitsguard 1star)
Carissa started her career working at Jamie Oliver’s 15, where she graduated as young chef of the year.
She comes from Cornwall and in her spare time loves to travel and explore the cuisines of other countries and is really looking forward to a winter ski season

Chalet Bluebell goes all out to give you a great ski holiday. The chalet is very clean and comfortable the catering is amazing fabulous breakfast afternoon tea and cake and superb 3 course meal with pre diner drinks in the evening. They are very helpful with lifts to the village in the morning and end of day nothing seems too much trouble.
Amazing place for a short ski break, everything made easy, from airport pick up, ski hire, shuttle into town for ski-lift. Chalet is so welcoming and food by Jiri is fabulous. The afternoon tea and cake and pre-dinner drinks and canapés are a daily highlight!
“From the moment you book to the moment you travel, Jane and Rob tend to your every need, the chalet has such a homely feel about it, and you are welcomed as soon as you arrive. The food served from breakfast to cake to evening meal is turned out at restaurant quality, and all the staff look after you very well.
Each day you can use the taxi service included from the chalet, they drop you off to collect your ski’s, then once you have had your fantastic days skiing and choose a bar for apres, you can give them a call and they will collect you when you are ready, this is as good as a ski in and ski out chalet.
We are already talking about booking up again next year and have spoken to friends about using the chalet as well.

Chalet Bluebell is beautiful!! Warm and friendly within easy distance of the ski lifts and village.
The staff and food are second to none but undoubtedly the hosts Jane and Rob are the best ever!! Nothing is too much trouble to make sure your stay is fantastic every visit even taking you out skiing to ensure you get the most of this fantastic ski area!!!
